There are a lot of resources out there to support students. Sometimes it is difficult to know where to start. This is where we come in. We've curated a list of key resources and links for you to help you with your mental wellbeing whilst you are a medical student.

MindHealth for Medical Students is a charity that aims to promote and protect the mental health and well-being of medical students. This online guide has been designed to empower, engage and equip you to be able to deal with your mental health and well-being when studying medicine and beyond.

This guide is aimed at the wide range of people who are affected by suicide or unexplained death. Click here to see what 'help is at hand' for you. 

A UK Student mental health charity with lots of resources about all aspects of managing student life.

We represent a community of over 1000 autistic medical doctors and medical students with a shared vision. We believe that autistic doctors bring a variety of strengths to healthcare, including an array of benefits for autistic patients. Click here for me.

We care about your whole mental health and wellbeing and are here to help you make the most of your student life. Our service provides one-to-one wellbeing and counselling appointments. Our self-referral form will ask for your details and will provide an opportunity for you to tell us about your main areas of concern that you would like support with.

Learning at MedSchool with ADHD 

A website dedicated to understanding and explaining how ADHD impacts on learning in medical school. Excellent video with learning strategies described, focusing on reducing cognitive load of revision. It covers topics such as optimal study structure, explicit study agenda, workflow, and external study manager. And finally, video on navigating ADHD and Test-Taking as a Med School Student or Practicing Physician.
